Note – All attempts must be made if you have such services to contact the Building/Resort Manager prior to contacting the Contractors.

That if such services arranged by the Contractor and yourself are not the body corporates responsibility – then the cost of the services are to be paid by you.

If it found that the payment has not been made – the Body Corporate will pay the Contractor, and on charge the cost, plus an administrative cost of $50.00 plus GST to your levy account. Please note by contacting the Contractor it is deemed you have accepted such condition.
